Come & join us at our wonderful workshops on offer at this year's Batheaston Art Trail, and explore your creative side with our imaginative & friendly artists!
Please note: these are drop-in sessions, with the exception of the Cyanotype Sessions which will need to be pre-booked with the artist directly via email , & are subject to availability on the day.
NB: All children who wish to take part, should be accompanied by an adult.

Marian Hill is an illustrator & designer with a commitment to acquaint people with all the insects and tiny creatures that we hardly ever see! She has worked with many wildlife groups & is joining us this weekend as artist in residence at the Scout Hall open studio as part of the Batheaston Art Trail. She will be running four drop-in family friendly sessions.

Zoe Geldard from Create & Balance is hosting family friendly art workshops for all ages. Drop in & try out her mixed media workshop using Batheaston village and surrounding landscape and nature as inspiration.

Metal Embossing Workshop
with Rachel Kember, Illustrator & Artist from Cosy Craft Club

Rachel is a Bath based Multi Crafter and Artist. She runs an award-winning Crafts Club, craft evenings and workshops to inspire creativity. Popular crafts include macrame, metal art and knitted word art to help crafters create unique and beautiful things.

Cyanotype Taster Sessions

11am-3pm (15 minute sessions)
Create an original print using your own flora or choose from a range of dried foliage supplied.
Cyanotypes are mainly sun prints so the sessions are weather dependent.
